We’re only three weeks in, but we’ve already hit a critical point in your progress: the dreaded Week 3 drop off. Did you know that, statistically, this is when many challengers give up? The question is whether you will be one of them. If you’re doubting yourself, check in with the Facebook group and tell them how you feel. Ask for encouragement from your family and friends. It may seem challenging now, but there is a whole new life waiting for you at the end of this journey!
